  • Process Overview: Once your order is placed (or deposit received), our artisans begin the weaving process.
  • Cancellations & Changes: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our rugs, cancellations or changes to your order must be requested within 48-72 hours  of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, and changes might not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (After Production): Once your rug is complete and ready for dispatch, delivery typically takes  3-7 business days depending on your location.
