3. Nature of Products

Berber Creations specializes in handmade Moroccan rugs. Every rug is an artisanal piece, hand-knotted in our family-run workshop in Morocco. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color (Abrash) and size are expected and are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the product. We accept payments through secure gateways, including PayPal. By using our payment services, you agree to comply with the terms of our payment processors. All transactions are linked to a specific Transaction ID for security and verification.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped directly from Morocco using international couriers like DHL or FedEx. International deliveries may incur import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties on international returns. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berber Creations and Oumaima Bahou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tangier, Morocco.
