Berber Creations specializes exclusively in premium, authentic hand-knotted Moroccan rugs crafted by local women artisans in our private workshop.

Artisanal Disclaimer: Because every piece is entirely hand-knotted on traditional vertical looms, slight organic variations in size, design, and color shading (known as the Abrash effect) are expected. These characteristics are not defects; they are the definitive hallmarks of genuine, hand-spun wool and authentic craftsmanship.

3. Orders, Secure Payments & Cards Acceptance

By placing an order or approving a custom bespoke design, you agree to purchase the product at the specified price.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure international payment gateways.

  • Payment Security: All transactions are encrypted via secure SSL checkout protocols. Every order is linked to a unique Transaction ID for security, tracking, and fraud prevention.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is only officially accepted and placed into our production pipeline once payment clearance is verified.

4. Custom Orders & Loom Reservations

For custom-made or bespoke rugs, reserving a slot requires a loom assignment in our Mrirt workshop. Once production begins on a custom piece, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Production times are estimates and can occasionally be influenced by natural factors like wool drying cycles or seasonal weather in the Middle Atlas region.

5. Shipping, International Delivery & Customs Duties

  • Fulfillment: All rugs are securely packaged and dispatched directly from our workshop infrastructure using premium global couriers like FedEx or DHL.

  • Customs & VAT Policy: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country. All such import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. BERBER CREATIONS LTD has no control over these regional regulatory charges.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Stock Items: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard stock items. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • Custom Orders: Due to their highly personalized nature, custom or bespoke hand-knotted orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with structural defects.

  • Return Logistics: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, insurance, and any international customs duties incurred during the return transit back to our facilities. Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used during checkout.
