What is your Lead Times:

Each product has an estimated lead time that is displayed on the website. On standard products, estimated lead times range from 1-2 days to 10-14 days. Custom products can have significantly longer lead times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we have shipped to over 35 countries.

How is shipping calculated?

All our rugs ship FREE by FedEx to Europe, Canada, Australia, and the US.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

It normally takes approximately 5-10 days. Asia and Australia can take approximately 1-2 weeks longer.

What method of shipping do you offer?

We ship items by air via FedEx.  This shipping method provides us a means of tracking your item during its voyage to you.

What about insurance?

All items are shipped insured.

Will I be levied customs duties upon arrival? 

Customs duties depending upon receiving countries.  In the case of the US, there is a free trade agreement with Morocco. Your country may charge customs tax on received goods.
